This is my Chihuahua girl Picara :3

I actually got the idea for her playing Phantasy Star Universe, and the weapons are what she would use outside of game restriction.

Roberta inspired alot. The glasses(even the troupe Scary Shiny Glasses), the maid outfit(tho Picara has boots instead of slippers), the tragic past, the bond Picara builds with my OC wave, The insanity(tho being a dog, she is pretty quick to stop at the sound of Wave's voice), her voice, her view of the world, Yeah Roberta inspired ALOT!!

Ryuto Asamia from Kenichi gave me an idea to make her glasses real and that she becomes deadlier when they are removed.

Penny. I was needing a lover for my OC wave and I figured since I had Penny why not give Picara to Wave.

And of course the real life inspiration Picara herself as a puppy of course shes twice as big now. XD
